General Procedure:

  • Secure online and confidential feedback is provided by Southern Staying. Simply follow the above link and click on the “View Existing Booking / Request” link.

  • Clients that submitted their reservations / requests online receive a unique tracking code that looks something like this: GHHRTTTDU. By visiting the above link and entering the tracking code applicants can monitor progress on their reservations and also post requests and or ask questions.

  • If a client has lost his / her tracking code the client can recover it easily by visiting the above link and simply entering the email address under which the application was filed. The tracking code will then be emailed to the so entered email address.

  • The online progress link organizes all communication under one personalized online file to the benefit of the client and is updated by Southern Staying as soon as progress is made on an application. With any update an email is immediately send to the client to inform the client of the update.

  • Please check your junkmail for our emails as certain computer settings regard auto emails as junkmail.

  • No feedback does not mean we are not working on your application it simply means that in your case it takes more time and effort to secure the required deal and or to address the issues at hand.
