The agents set their own standards, ethics and rules. Any enquiry and or query will be directed to the agent as chosen by you. The agent will contact you directly to address the enquiry and or query. All and any transactions will take place between the agent and the client. Southern Staying take no part in the negotiations whatsoever and is exonerated by both parties of any liability. This service is free of charge at no extra cost to the client. The website, email addresses and business name "Southern Staying" is owned by the owners of this website and not the agents. However, the agents are permitted to trade as Southern Staying [insert name of town], for example Southern Staying Struisbaai thus so displaying their unity but also independence.
