Introduction
Estate agents that are interested to link up with Southern Staying
are most welcome to contact us for more information. Unfortunately, no more
than one linked agent will be allowed in a coastal town. Estate agents are most
welcome to contact us in order to ascertain whether a given area is available.
Estate agents must be registered with the Property Board and
operate an established estate agency or at least be willing to be registered.
Estate agents will be required to operate holiday rental, property
and business sales and all other products like the marketing of our light steel
houses.
Notwithstanding the fact that most of the linked services are
free, agents will be subjected to stringent scrutiny and be required to comply
with a strict code of ethics while providing service of the highest quality.
Estate Agents, while independent, will be afforded the rights to
trade under the Southern Staying name and will share in all the advantages of
our marketing devices.
