You can promote your listing on our website. It will then be displayed either as "Property of the Week" in which case it will be displayed on all our listing pages. Or, you can request it to be displayed in the various large ad spaces provided on our website.

Our pricing depends on the options and the period of display and is extremely affordable.

When a reservation is made on we will clear the request with your via sms. It is the choice of the owner to honor the request or decline it. Once the guest has made the reservation payment you’ll receive confirmation by email together with the client details. Your are then obliged to honor the booking. Team: Southern Staying
Reservations can be rejected, but not after the listing has been confirmed and then booking accepted.

All bookings are immediately conveyed to listing owners. Once accepted the listing owner must honor it.

In the case of an over-booking, or under unforeseen circumstances, the guest would need to be relocated. Southern Staying will try to assist, but it remains only the responsibility and liability of the listing owner and only the listing owner.
