Listing on Southern Staying makes it easy to earn rental income. As the a leader in vacation rentals, we can offer you exposure to more than millions travelers per month. ·         What do I get with my listing?

Every listing comes with everything you need to start renting your property and earning income, including room for 20 high-resolution photos, interactive map, and reservation calendar. So once you sign up, you can start to build your listing...and get bookings!

·         Can I control who rents my home?

Yes. You are always in charge of who rents your home. Every inquiry and booking request comes to you via our HQ email. You can find out more about them by asking the right questions. You incur no penalties when you say no. We merely pass the booking request to another Southern Staying Host.

·         What types of properties can I advertise?

At Southern Staying, we believe in “The whole house. The whole family. A whole vacation.” As part of our commitment to that, we only rent whole properties. But it certainly doesn’t have to be a house! Acceptable rental properties include houses, condos, and villas, as well as barns, boats, bungalows, cabins, castles, chalets, chateaus, cottages, estates, mansions, yachts, and yurts, and other structures travelers may want to rent for their whole vacation.
