Die kothuis is bo die motorhuis geleë en beskik oor 'n dubbelbed en 'n en suite-badkamer met 'n stort. Die eiendom spog met 'n buitebraai-area en buitemeubels en die binnehof het 'n lekker swembad, sowel as 'n buitestort. Die motorhuis kan via die binnehof bereik word en bied parkeerplek aan 1 voertuig. Daar is ook 'n wasmasjien in die motorhuis.
