Die hoofslaapkamer het 'n koninggrootte-bed en 'n en suite-badkamer met 'n bad en stort. Die tweede privaat slaapkamer het 'n koningingrootte-bed en 'n en suite-stort. Die derde slaapkamer is privaat in die solder en het 2 driekwartbeddens en 'n TV. Daar is 'n dubbelslaapbank in die solder met slaapplek vir 2 kinders. Hierdie kamer deel 'n badkamer met die tweede slaapkamer. Die privaat kothuis het 'n koninggrootte-bed en 'n en suite-stort. Daar is 'n oopplan-kombuis, -eetarea en -leefarea. Die kombuis is met 'n yskas-vrieskas, kisvrieskas, gasstoof, oond, mikrogolf, braaier, broodrooster en koffiemasjien toegerus. Die eetarea het 'n groot etenstafel en die sitarea het 'n kaggel en 'n slim-TV met DStv Premium en Netflix. Buite is daar 'n privaat braai-area met 'n ingeboude braai en piekniektafel. Gratis WiFi is beskikbaar. Wasgoedgeriewe is in die motorhuis beskikbaar. Daar is parkeerplek vir 3 voertuie op die perseel.
